1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 cauliflower
1 scrambled egg
1 tablespoon (or to taste) Bragg's Liquid Aminos
Instructions:
- Scramble one egg and set aside
- Pour enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Food process the cauliflower using the shredding blade.
- Add cauliflower to pan and stir-fry until soft.
- Then put the frozen peas and carrots, cook until defrosted.
- Turn off the stove and stir the scrambled egg and ham.
